Are guests of residents allowed to bring their pets to Ten Museum Park?

No, only pets that have been properly registered by Ten Museum Park residents are permitted on the property.

I have noticed that some units at Ten Museum Park have higher ceilings than others.   Where are these located and how high are the ceilings?

With a few exceptions, all units at Ten Museum Park that face direct east have 20-foot ceilings.  Units facing north, south, and west each have 10-foot ceilings.

How many parking spaces are included with each unit at Ten Museum Park?

Although there are a few exceptions, 1 bedroom condos each come with one (1) valet-only parking space while 2 bedroom condos each come with two (2) valet-only parking spaces.

Is it true that parking at Ten Museum Park is valet-only?

Yes, parking at Ten Museum Park is valet-only. Self-parking is not permitted. The valet drop-off area for residents is located on the second floor.

No, the Ten Museum Park condominium association no longer requires a common areas deposit for rentals.

Does the Ten Museum Park condominium association charge a move-in/move-out fee?

Yes, in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check, the prospective tenant must remit a non-refundable move-in/move-out fee of $300, made payable to Ten Museum Park Residential Condominium Association. Upon approval of the application by the Board of Directors, the check will be deposited. In addition, a refundable elevator deposit in the amount of $1,000 must be remitted with the application. This check will be held until the use of the elevator has ceased.

Are short-term rentals permitted at Ten Museum Park?

Per condominium association rules, no unit at Ten Museum Park can be leased for a period of less than three consecutive months.  Also, each lease must have a completed and approved application with management prior to commencement of the leasing term.
