Ten Museum Park

I have been an owner since its opening and spend 6 months a year here. Love, love, love it.  

Staff is equal in professionalism, attentiveness and respect to my NYC Park Ave co-op. The new residential association board can't be beat, striving to maintain and improve high standards throughout.  The building itself is special. Not just the architecture and stunning views, but it is smaller (200 units) so more intimate and private, yet has friendly vibe. No huge lobbies to walk through coming and going, no long waits for elevators. or staff that don't know your name. 

Unlike previous reviewer, I find valet an unexpected pleasure. You can drop your car off right in front or in the garage. So many residents buy/rent here after putting up with often 8 levels of self-park garages, having to drive around in circles causing dizziness on a daily basis. If you want the car at a certain time each day, valet has it waiting for you, same if you call before leaving your apt.

Convenience-wise, location can't be beat. Just cross the street to attend Heat games or the offerings at PAC or Bayfront/Bayside. A New Publix a few blocks away, or 5 minute drive across the bridge to busy SoBe and the beach. If this building was in SoBe prices would probably be doubled, so great value here, all things considered. Oh, and the residents are really cool: designers, musicians, pro-athletes, and the usual assortment of professionals and entrepreneurs.
